There are lots of questions wedding clients ask me before they book me as their wedding photographer for their wedding in Hampshire, Surrey or West Sussex.
Here I’ve answered the most frequently asked questions…
What do you charge?
My wedding photography package is a straightforward one: I charge £1000 for all day wedding photography coverage, from bridal preparations through to the first dance, so long as this is before 8pm. Any additional hours after 8pm are charged at £150.
How much is travel?
Travel is included to any wedding that I photograph within a 20 mile radius of Portsmouth, Hampshire. Beyond that, I charge 50p per mile.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. I am happy to provide a copy should your wedding venue in Hampshire, Surrey or West Sussex require it.
What happens if you fall ill and can’t provide us with wedding photography?
I belong to an emergency wedding photographers cover group, that covers Hampshire and beyond. I have a large network of experienced Hampshire based wedding photographers to call upon should anything happen that prevents me from photographing your wedding day.
How long until we can see our wedding photos?
I aim to send a USB stick containing all the hi-res images from your wedding day within 3-4 weeks. These are watermark free, and you can print the photos or share them with family and friends.
Do you provide albums?
In order to provide you with the lowest cost for your wedding photography, I don’t offer any albums, and supply your wedding photos as digital files only.
Do you shoot wedding group photos?
Yes I do – although I am a candid, documentary style wedding photographer, I still believe that wedding group photos are an important part of your wedding day. I always organise group photos efficiently and with minimum fuss, ensuring you don’t need to take too much time out of your day. Have a look at my blog post on how I make wedding group photos easy.
How do we book you?
Just drop me an email or get in touch using the booking form over on my contact page. Let me know your wedding date and I’ll check my photography availability, and if I’m free, I’ll send over a booking form with full T&Cs. All you need to do is sign and return it, along with a £300 deposit to secure your wedding photography.
